In collaboration with the Kyoto Prefectural Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Technology Center and other organizations, we are working to establish a collaborative system for prototyping, analysis, etc., and are holding repeated discussions and other activities, through initiatives for local production and consumption and the development of new products that utilize local resources.
In addition, by collecting and providing food-related information from related organizations, etc., we are promoting the appropriate business development of food manufacturers and other entities within the prefecture.

By collecting and providing food-related information from related organizations, etc., as a means of disseminating information to support the food industry, we promote the appropriate business development of food manufacturers in the prefecture. Through cooperation and exchanges between members, upstream (producers), downstream (distributors and consumers), and related organizations such as research institutes and universities, we strive to develop specialty products using local products.
Promoting local products in Kyoto Prefecture
We will promote the local food industry and local foods, and through participation in the Kyoto Taste Tour and Skills Competition Exhibition, we aim to popularize local products from Kyoto Prefecture.

In order to promote local products in Kyoto Prefecture, we are publicly soliciting motivated businesses and participating in the Kyoto Taste Tour and Skills Competition Exhibition, which is held at a department store in Kyoto City, the prefecture's largest consumption area.
Support for exhibiting at the Kyoto Prefecture Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Festival
In order to promote the products to consumers in cooperation with farmers, forestry workers and fishermen, we handle procedures such as coordinating exhibitors and provide educational guidance on sales etc.
Collaboration with food-related organizations
We will cooperate with food-related organizations such as the Japan Food Industry Center, participate in projects aimed at expanding demand for local foods and developing distribution routes, and promote exhibitions in the industry, while also collecting and providing information necessary for the promotion of the local food industry.
