Safety measures business
In order to improve food safety and increase consumer confidence, we are promoting and disseminating various systems that are required today.
In order to ensure food safety and promote food security at each stage of production, manufacturing, and distribution, food businesses will provide information to consumers and create opportunities for interaction with consumers and farmers, with the aim of building relationships of trust.

Quality control and improvement efforts
We are working to improve food hygiene and smoothly respond to the HACCP system.
Food safety and security awareness promotion
In order to raise awareness of food safety and security, we hold training sessions for businesses on the theme of how to deal with food industry issues such as current food labeling problems. We participate in the Kyoto Food Safety and Security Forum Executive Committee and, as part of the "Kyoto Prefecture Food Safety and Security Promotion Month" initiative, we raise awareness of food safety and security among the prefecture's residents.
Main activities
Kyoto Food Safety Forum
We hold social gatherings between food processors and prefectural residents to deepen understanding of food safety and security.
