Tofu is made from very simple ingredients: soybeans, water, and a coagulant, and delicious tofu is made through the skill and ingenuity of tofu craftsmen, including careful selection of ingredients. We will continue to produce authentic Kyoto Tofu in Kyoto, the center of Japanese food culture, and will continue to work hard so that it can be enjoyed by local customers and many others.
