Kyoto has flourished as the capital for over a thousand years. Located at the heart of Japanese food culture, we work with our members to promote and raise awareness of truly delicious Kyoto noodles. While adhering to traditional methods, we are also working to produce safe and secure noodles that suit the current situation, streamlining management to overcome the current labor shortage, and implementing digital transformation. Two years ago, we registered the trademark "Kyoto Yakisoba," and together with Noodle Day on November 11th each year, we are working to increase consumption of "Kyoto noodles."
