Yuba, which is said to have spread among Zen Buddhist monks, became popular among common people during the Edo period, and thanks to its cultivation in the capital city of beautiful mountains and rivers, it has become one of Kyoto's most famous specialties. In order to maintain trust in the "Kyoto Yuba" brand and its original flavor, our association provides guidance to ensure that raw materials are carefully selected and that important manufacturing processes are not omitted. We also encourage active participation in events to gain the support of as many people as possible. We hope to play a part in protecting and nurturing this historic "Kyoto Yuba," and we will continue to work hard every day.
