Announcement of the Kyoto Food Business Platform's 1st General Meeting of 2025.

This time, the first part will introduce the platform's initiatives and case studies of the LFP (Local Food Project).

The second part will be a workshop. Groups will be organized around five themes, and discussions will be centered around the theme of "food."

This is an opportunity to find new business partners and possibilities, so please come and join us.

*The Kyoto Food Business Platform is a forum for open innovation where diverse food-related businesses can create new value by accurately capturing consumer needs and combine that value. In order to encourage interaction among diverse businesses and form new projects, training sessions are held for each of five specialized committees ("Premium Ready-to-Eat Meals," "Health Functionality," "Preservation and Distribution Technology," "Export," and "Food Tech") to support businesses in their advancement.
